  4. You agree not to rely on Finley AI outputs for actual financial decisions.

7. Data Providers & Limitations

  1. We use third-party data sources. We do not warrant accuracy, timeliness, or completeness of any data.
  2. We are not liable for outages, delays, errors, omissions, or reliance on incomplete information.

8. Notifications, Alerts & Emails

  1. Notifications and emails are informational only, may be delayed or inaccurate, and should not be relied upon for trading or investment decisions.

9. Accounts & Security

  1. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and all activity under it.
  2. You agree to provide accurate, current information and notify us of updates.
  3. We may suspend or terminate access for violations, misuse, or non-payment.

10. Intellectual Property

All platform content (excluding user-generated content) is owned by PRO$PER and/or SSP or its licensors, and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. No license is granted beyond personal, lawful use.

11. Acceptable Use

  1. Do not violate laws, upload malware, attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the platform.
  2. Do not use our services to provide financial advice to others without our written consent.

12. Payments & Subscriptions

  1. You authorize us or our payment processors to charge your designated method for all purchases, fees, and taxes.
  2. Subscriptions, renewals, and refund policies are disclosed at purchase. By purchasing, you agree to those terms.

13. Privacy

Your use of our services is subject to our Privacy Policy. Internet communications may be intercepted or altered. Do not transmit confidential information unless specifically required and designated.

14. Warranty Disclaimer

OUR SERVICES, TOOLS, CONTENT, DATA, AI OUTPUTS, AND COURSES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

15. Limitation of Liability

  1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PRO$PER and/or SSP shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, or for losses arising from reliance on our outputs, tools, AI, or community content.
  2. Total liability, if any, is limited to the amount you paid to PRO$PER and/or SSP for services in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

16. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PRO$PER and/or SSP, its affiliates, staff, contractors, representatives, and data providers from claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use, misuse, or violation of these Terms.

17. Dispute Resolution & Class-Action Waiver

  1. Disputes shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration in Boise, Idaho, USA, unless prohibited by law.
  2. You waive any right to participate in class actions or representative claims against PRO$PER and/or SSP.

18. Governing Law

This Disclosure and Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, with primary jurisdiction in Boise, Idaho, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Users consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Boise, Idaho, USA, for the resolution of disputes, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

19. Courses, Trainings & Educational Programs

19.1 License & Restrictions

  1. Your purchase provides a limited, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial learning. You may not copy, record, rebroadcast, or redistribute Course Materials without written consent.
  2. Account sharing, scraping, and dataset-mining are prohibited.

19.2 No Earnings or Results Guarantees

  1. We do not guarantee results, profits, income, or certification. Your results depend on factors beyond our control.

19.3 Testimonials & Case Studies
